Returns/exchanges: refunds and exchanges are allowed 14 days from the date of your purchase. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange after the 14 days has expired.

Eligible returns and exchanges are acceptable as long as the item is:

  • unworn with all tags intact 

  • unwashed

  • free of stains

  • in the same condition as when you received it.   

 

Damaged Items: 

Damaged items need to be be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos attached. If not reported, we can not issue a return, refund or exchange. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact maxinedesignsx@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

For Damaged goods please email maxinedesignsx@gmail.com with evidence of receipt and photos attached.

 

Refund Process: After we receive your return request, and we have inspected your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will then inform you either two options:

  • Your refund gets approved

  • Your refund gets rejected

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.  

 

PLEASE NOTE.  Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how each bank or financial institution processes them. If you haven’t received a refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company.

Delivery time can take up to 10 WORKING DAYS before the order is DISPATCHED and a further 2-3 WORKING DAYS to arrive.

 

UK and Ireland Delivery: £4.20

International Delivery: Minimum £10
